专利说明:
[001] The present invention relates to a suspension support covered with an anti-release system optimized for wall cabinets, engaged with a support fixed to a wall, usually a bar or metal plate, suitably molded. [002] As is known by professionals in the field, a system for fixing a cabinet to the wall provides for the use of a concealed suspension support device positioned behind the cabinet lining. Said suspension support comprises a hook that can be freely engaged with the bar or plate above fixed to the wall. [003] Two adjustment mechanisms generally cooperate with said hook, for the adjustment of the depth (horizontal) and height (vertical) of the suspension bracket, equipped with the respective lead screws. [004] Covered suspension brackets of this type are already known, for example, from EP patents 1549177 and EP 2219495, and from European patent application EPA 11712481.8, to which reference should be made for further clarification and which should be considered as an integral part. of this description. [005] When upward forces are exerted on the hooked cabinet, it can be disengaged from the support and fall, causing damage, which can be serious, not only for objects, but especially for people. [006] This possibility is even more likely today, since the habit of mounting wall cabinets also at relatively low height from the floor is more and more frequent, and, as mentioned earlier, this increases the risk of accidental disengagement, especially due to the children. [007] In addition, safety regulations have entered and will come into force in many countries, which requires the provision of accidental anti-trip systems in wall cabinets. [008] European patent application EPA 10708147.3, filed on 05/03/2010 in the name of the same applicant, proposes a very satisfactory solution to the above problem, to avoid accidentally disengaging a wall cabinet from its support, caused by upward forces exerted on the same cupboard. [009] In accordance with European patent application EPA 10708147.3, to which reference should be made for clarification and which should be considered an integral part of this description, an anti-release system for wall cabinets is proposed, in which a cabinet it is fixed to the wall by means of a hook of a suspension support device, characterized by providing removable reciprocal restraint means between said hook and said support. [010] It is also highly desirable and necessary to prevent accidental disengagement of a wall cabinet from its support also due to horizontal forces, exerted from the side in relation to the shoulders of the same cabinet, which can also be combined with vertical upward forces. [011] European patent application EPA 14164730.5, filed on 4/15/2014 in the name of the same applicant, proposes an extremely satisfactory solution to the problem described above to prevent accidental disengagement from the support cabinet, caused by horizontal forces, exerted sideways in relation to the shoulders of the same cabinet, which can also be combined with upward vertical forces. [012] In accordance with European patent application EPA 14164730.5, to which reference should be made for clarification and which should be considered as an integral part of this description, an anti-disengagement system for wall cabinets is proposed, in which a cabinet is attached to a support fixed to a wall by means of a hook of a suspension support device. Said disengagement system is of the type in which removable reciprocal restraint means are provided between said hook and said support. These removable reciprocal restraint means consist of a flange bolted to that hook and suitable to interfere with that support; the system is characterized by stop or lateral locking elements cooperating with this edge, against lateral movements of the same edge caused by horizontal forces acting on said cabinet. [013] In order to avoid accidental disengagement of the support wall cabinet caused by vertical and / or horizontal forces accidentally exerted on the cabinet itself, a concealed suspension bracket, as described and illustrated in the patent application, has also been proposed European EPA 11712481.8 deposited on March 29, 2011 in the name of the same applicant, to which reference should be made for clarification and which should be considered as an integral part of this description. [014] In short, EPA 11712481.8 describes a concealed suspension bracket, in which the two lead screws of the depth (horizontal) and height (vertical) adjustment mechanisms of the suspension bracket, and the rim of the anti- disengagement are all mounted on a sliding support that runs at the base of the suspension support. [015] The edge of the anti-release system is positioned between the two lead screws of the adjustment mechanisms in depth and height, above the hook of the suspension bracket, which consists of the head of the same screws as the adjustment mechanisms. in depth. [016] The anti-disengagement is triggered by the engagement between this edge and a window specifically formed by the plate or support bar from the cabinet to the wall. [017] The systems of this type have obtained very satisfactory results, but require an expensive processing of the support plate from the cabinet to the wall, with a considerable waste of material. [018] An objective of the present invention is to provide a concealed suspension bracket that solves this problem. [019] Suspension supports produced in accordance with the teachings of European patent applications EPA 10708147.3 and 14164730.5 also provided totally satisfactory results and another objective of the invention is to provide a suspension support concealed with an anti-release system, the construction of which is still simpler and does not complicate the mounting of the cabinet to the wall. [020] Mounting the cabinet to the wall can be complicated by the fact that the edge of the anti-release system (depending on its positioning) may come across the bolt head or the fixing screw during its screwing passage of the support fixed to the wall (bar or plate). In this case, the anti-release system would not be activated, since the rim would not be able to interact correctly with the bar or plate attached to the wall. [021] Another objective of the invention is, therefore, to exclude the possibility of this happening. [022] Another objective of the invention is to provide a concealed suspension bracket with an anti-disengagement system that can be easily removed, that is, that in case of need, allows the quick and easy disassembly of the wall cabinet. [023] The above objectives are achieved, according to the invention, by a suspension support covered with an improved anti-trip system as defined in the attached claims, the main claims and the dependent ones. [024] The structural and functional characteristics of the invention and its advantages with respect to the well-known technology can be easily understood from the included description, referring to the attached drawings, which show a possible exemplary model of a suspension support covered with an anti-release system for wall cabinets produced according to the innovative principle of the invention. [025] In the drawings: [026] - Figure 1 is a perspective view that illustrates a possible model of a suspension support covered with an anti-disengagement system according to the invention, the cabinet being in the stage of engaging with a wall-mounted bar; [027] - Figure 2 is a detail in a section of the plane of the cabinet of Figure 1; [028] - Figure 3 is a detail in a vertical section of the cabinet in Figure 1; [029] - Figure 4 is a perspective view similar to that of Figure 1 that illustrates the suspension support attached to the bar fixed to the wall, but with the anti-disengagement system not yet activated (activated); [030] - Figure 5 is a detail in a section of the plane of the cabinet of Figure 4; [031] - Figure 6 is a detail in a vertical section of the cabinet in Figure 4; [032] - Figures 7, 8 and 9 are seen similar to Figures 4, 5 and 6, respectively, which illustrate the anti-disengagement system in the locked position activated to the wall of the cabinet; [033] - Figures 10 and 11 are two perspective views that illustrate the suspension support of the invention from the two opposite sides, respectively; [034] - Figure 12 is an enlarged front view of the suspension support; [035] - Figure 13 is an enlarged side view of the suspension support; [036] - Figure 14 is an enlarged view of the rear part of the suspension bracket; [037] - Figure 15 is a vertical section according to line A-A of the suspension bracket attached to a bracket fixed to the wall; [038] - Figure 16 is a partial cross-sectional perspective view of the suspension bracket in the condition of Figure 15; [039] - Figure 17 is a vertical section that illustrates an anti-disengagement system according to current technology, in which the locking screw cannot be operational since it interferes with the screw head or bolt fixing to the wall. own plate where the cabinet is attached. [040] Regarding the drawings, 10 indicates, as a whole, a concealed suspension support device whose structure is of the generally known type, described, for example, in EPA patent 11712481.8. [041] The suspension support10 comprises a movable coupling tooth 11 which extends from a sliding support 12 on a base 13. [042] Two mechanisms for adjusting the depth (horizontal) and (vertical) position of tooth 11 are mounted on the sliding support 12, by means of the respective lead screws 14, 15. The tooth 11 is integrated in the free end of the screw 14 , which can be, for example, in the form of a circular head. [043] The tooth 11 is intended to be engaged with a corresponding section 16 of a metal bar 17 fixed to a wall 18 by means of pins 19. [044] As can be seen clearly from the drawings, section 16 of the bar 17 defines with the wall 18 a channel 20 where the tooth 15 is housed. The bar 17, preferably and as an example, has a section in the form of a "C", from whose upper wing AS the section 16 mentioned above extends vertically. The bar 17, however, may have different sections from the illustrated "C" section, for example a section in which the lower wing AI of "C" is absent, or other sections. [045] An anti-disengagement system according to the invention collaborates with the coupling tooth 11 and the bar 17, which, in the model illustrated in the drawings, consists of a flange 21 that includes a threaded section 22, a tip 23 and a molded head 24 for a switching tool, for example, a screwdriver 25. [046] Said flange 21 is screwed into a threaded seat 26, directly formed in the sliding support 12. Flange 21 is substantially opposite, but not completely offset, with respect to tooth 11, at a substantially identical height "q". [047] More specifically, the axis of said flange 21 is substantially tangent to the circumference of tooth 11. [048] According to the invention, the tip 23 (end part) of the flange 21 is engaged with a horizontal flap (edge) 16A, which is folded directly from the section 16 of the bar 17. [049] In this way, side limiters 16B are automatically formed, without any costly operations and without wasting material, against which hook 11 is cushioned and blocked in the event of a horizontal movement of the wall cabinet. [050] The suspension support device 10, produced as described above, is fixed to a wall cabinet, partially indicated with 29 and which includes shoulders 30, an upper part 31 and a covering 32. More specifically, in correspondence with the upper rear (right and left) corners of said cabinet 29, two of these suspension brackets 10 (of which only one is illustrated) are fixed behind the liner 32. [051] The operation of the anti-disengagement system according to the invention is clearly illustrated in the operative sequence of Figures 1-9 which is briefly the following. [052] The cabinet is attached to the wall 18, with the screw 21 in an extracted non-operative position indicated in Figures 1-6, through the insertion of tooth 11 in channel 20 (Figures 4-6). Thus, due to the weight of the cabinet 29, the tooth 11 is engaged with the section 16 of the bar 17 (Figures 4-6). [053] With the cabinet 29 thus positioned, after making both depth and height adjustments, the flange 21 is screwed with the screwdriver 25, in the advanced operational position of Figures 7-9, in order to engage the tip or the final end 23 in the lower section formed by the horizontal flap 16A of the bar 17. [054] Once the system has been activated, flange 21 normally rests on a plane P which is positioned below said flap 16A, and substantially above said flap AS (Figure 9). [055] In this way, it is evident that, if upward forces are accidentally exerted on the cabinet 29, the interference between the flange 21 and the flap 16A prevents the disengagement of the tooth 11 of the section 16 of the bar 17. [056] In addition, the presence of the side blocking limiters 16B, including the tooth 11, prevents the cabinet 29 from falling when subjected to these accidental lateral forces, which could loosen the tooth 11 of the channel 20 of the bar 17, causing the cabinet to fall. [057] If necessary, on the contrary, the desired engagement of tooth 11 of section 16 of bar 17 is achieved simply by unscrewing the edge 21, in order to bring it back to the non-operative position of extraction of Figures 1 -6. [058] The objectives mentioned in the preamble to the description have thus been achieved, in particular the extremely important objective of preventing the edge or screw 21 of the anti-disengagement system from facing, during its screwing passage, the head of the pin or the screw of fixation 19 of the support 17 (bar or plate), on the wall, as indicated in Figure 17, which would result in the inefficiency of that same system, since the end part of the edge 21 could not engage with the lower cut 16A of the defined support 17 by the upper wing AS of "C". In this context, it should be noted that the suspension supports, for obvious reasons of resistance to loading, are engaged above the pins or screws fixing 19 of the support to the wall. This inconvenience can occur in the anti-trip system according to current technology, which consists, for example, of EPA 14164730.5 [059] The scope of protection of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
